Just my understanding about God’s relationship…

I personally had never thought  about this seriously. Not until last week during bible study, one member raised this topic about how Christ the son and God the father relate. Starting from “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God” John 1:1. He asked that how could really the Word is God. I also thought that the Word is somewhat God’s spoken through bible. I then later found out that “the Word” in Greek has two terms one just the spoken word another is the  unspoken word which when used with the universe, it means the reasonable principle that controls all things. For Jews, they use it for referring to God.  John used The word to refer to the Son of God Jesus Christ as it would be meaningful for both Jews and other nations (Zondervan 1985).

Now the second question raised, if so then wouldn’t we have more than one God since we have God the father and God the son?

Yes, there are more than one objects involved or bound together otherwise the relationship would never ever happen likewise the relationship between our parents and us. The difference is we are formed humanly (the formation of cells  which determined by genes) while Christ was specially formed by the spirit of God (holy spirit).

Our parents are humans, we are born as human and they choose  to call us their son…

The father is God, Jesus was born as God and God chose to call Jesus his son…

But Jesus and God are one as they work just like our body organs in which all have to fit and sit together in place to keep us alive. They actually depend on each other.

1.) The holy spirit won’t work by itself.

2.) Also without holy spirit Christ wouldn’t become flesh living on earth.

3.) Also the one who sent him was God.

and i believe these all work together spiritually as one true God.

∞ is actually beyond my understanding…
